Bushtracker factory visit

We have just returned home after having our awning replaced under an insurance claim. Because we live just a days drive from the Bushtracker factory at Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast we had them replace the awning along with a van service and the installation of a sail track on the van's off-side.

Unfortunately the only down side to our trip was the weather. It rained for the two days while we were there.

On our return home we planned to stay at the Woody Head campground in Bundjalung National Park which is situated just north of Iluka on the NSW north coast. The only available site big enough for our van had a drain behind and in front of the site which meant I was unable to unhitch the van, so we continued on home.

  2. Stephen,

Clipped an overhanging tree on our last trip trying to reverse the van into a site at the Old Cork waterhole on the Diamantina River. Even though the damage appeared slight the rear awning arm was pushed inwards causing problems opening and closing the awning.
